At MERAKIM Beauty, every product is thoughtfully created to bring together the rituals of beauty, self-care, and eye wellness.
We want you to feel confident and cared for with every MERAKIM purchase. If something isn't quite right, our team is here to help.
THE MERAKIM 30-DAY RETURN PRIVILEGE
We gladly accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your product must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Remain in its original packaging
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Include proof of purchase or your order number
Because many of our products are designed for use around the eyes and face, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the safety and well-being of our MERAKIM community.
A LITTLE SOMETHING NOT QUITE RIGHT?
We understand that sometimes an order doesn't arrive exactly as expected.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will personally review your concern and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the concern
- Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund.
PRODUCTS WE CANNOT ACCEPT AS RETURNS
For the health, safety, and integrity of our products, the following are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used eye-care or skincare products
- Opened or used personal-care products
- Products damaged through misuse or improper storage
- Gift cards
- Final-sale items
HOW TO BEGIN A RETURN

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is approved, we'll provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
Please do not send a return to us before receiving authorization from our team.
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped incorrectly, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
YOUR REFUND
Once your return arrives at MERAKIM and has been carefully inspected, we'll send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective.
EXCHANGES
Because of the personal nature of our products, we do not routinely offer exchanges for opened or used products.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our Client Care Team will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We begin preparing your MERAKIM order as quickly as possible so it can reach you without unnecessary delay.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. While we will always do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.
REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If an order is refused, remains unclaimed, or is returned because an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, original shipping charges may not be refundable.
Any eligible refund will be processed once the package has been returned to MERAKIM and inspected.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are outside the control of MERAKIM Beauty and are generally non-refundable.
